How I Organise and Share My Knowledge

Over the years, I’ve written a lot of articles and made many videos about cycling. To avoid getting lost in the chaos, I use a system for storing ideas, connecting them, and building useful guides over time.

It’s a variation of something called Zettelkasten – a way to capture ideas and gradually turn them into structured knowledge.
I call my version Deathnotes 😈 – because I’m a manga fan and it sounds more badass. 🙂

🧠 The Short Version:

  • I write down every idea or bit of information I find useful.
  • When I notice a pattern, I link related ideas together.
  • Once a topic grows, I turn it into a video or article – like this one!
  • Everything is stored in a way that’s searchable, stable, and portable.

📚 Where I Publish What

To keep things organised, I’ve split my websites by topic:

🎥 YouTube Channels & Index

All my videos (in both languages) are indexed here:
👉 bikegremlin.com/youtube

They’re grouped by topic and linked to related articles.

❓ Questions? Use the Forum

I no longer do 1-on-1 replies over email or social media – everything goes through the forum so others can learn too:

🔎 Smarter Search

My site uses a custom search system to help you find what you need quickly – skipping over tag pages and unrelated stuff.
Give it a try! ( “[Search…]” button at the top)
