Most adblockers allow you to whitelist a given website you are visiting, without disabling them for every website. Here is an example of how to do that (the basic principle is similar for every ad-blocker).
With AdGuard, you just click on its icon, and click on the green blocking button to turn it off (for the website you are visiting only):
